_review
The movie "Angel of Mine" features an outstanding performance by Noomi Rapace, known for roles in <Prometheus> and <What happened to Monday>, as a mother struggling with the loss of her child. Her portrayal of a mother mourning the loss of her child and the emotional intensity she brings to the character enhance the movie's immersion. Although the movie falls into the drama genre, it could easily be labeled as a thriller due to its reiveting portrayal of obsession.
The story begins with Lizzie's encounter with a young girl who looks like her daughter, leading her to relentlessly try to confirm the girl's identity. The tension between Lizzie, who refused to give up her obsession, and Claire, who must keep her secret, is well- developed and lasts throughout the movie. "Angel of Mine" is a thought-provoking film that explore the depths of maternal love and the resilience of the human spirit, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.
